Our services extend beyond manufacturing, with YSR Plastic Industries playing an active role in the product development process. We collaborate closely with our clients from the initial concept, offering support in product design, mould design, engineering, value engineering, and design-to-cost concepts. This level of involvement allows us to anticipate potential challenges, optimise design for manufacturability, and ensure that the final product meets the stringent requirements of our customers. Supplementing our primary manufacturing services, we offer decorative and conductive painting, silk-screen and pad printing, electromechanical assemblies, rigid chambers, and ultrasonic welding, including insert staking, the use of adhesives, printing and cutting, and the use of clean rooms class 100,000 according to ISO 8. These processes can be performed within a cleanroom environment (ISO8), underscoring our commitment to quality. We are proud holders of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (medical) certifications. Our in-house facility encompasses everything from TTP activity, product design, engineering design, and preparing for injection to maintenance and jig manufacturing. We offer comprehensive tooling for mouldings, planning, and manufacture, with a selection of appropriate steel and types of moulding ranging from the smallest moulding up to 15 tons. Inspection and the use of specialized software ensure precision and quality in our mould design and manufacture process.
