YSR’s main activity – the production of injection plastic products and the injection of plastic products from various technical materials.
We maintain a fleet of more than 40 injection moulding machines ranging of 50 – 1400 tons, including 2k components and vertical injection machines, and specialise in two-component injection moulding.
As a one-stop shop, we offer full turnkey solutions including procurement, sourcing, assembly, kitting, packaging, storage, and shipping. Our extensive facilities, covering 15,000 sqm with huge storage facilities and more than 100 employees, showcase our scalability.

An array of plastic injection machines is controlled by a state-of-the-art production floor management system that makes it possible to know at any given moment the status of each machine including the quantities produced, cycle time, number of units, etc.
In the production process, a quality audit is carried out once per predetermined period of time, during which samples of products are taken, for visual and functional tests according to the customer’s requirements. Should any product deviate from the requisite standards, production is immediately halted, and the issue swiftly rectified.
In addition to the company’s high technological ability in the fields of plastic injection, we also specialise in two-component injection moulding. This complex technique involves the simultaneous injection of two different types of plastic materials into the same mould, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

Raw materials are kept in a designated warehouse under controlled conditions and go through all the necessary preparation processes before using them in the production of products. The purchase of raw materials and dyes is made from well-known suppliers in Israel and around the world.
