The assembly hall at YSR Plastic Industries engages in electronic assemblies and mechanical assemblies of subassemblies, complete assemblies, and products.
The floor of the hall is grounded and the desks are adapted to work with electronic products.
The entire production is carried out in a strict and clean work environment, to obtain a perfect product at the highest level and with meticulous quality.
The company has a number of ultrasonic welding machines for the purpose of connecting plastic materials to assemblies that cannot be produced in the injection process in different sizes and it has specialized in both the production of the foundation and the production of the fixings required for the purpose of soldering. We have advanced equipment to calibrate the strength and frequency of the beam required for soldering and is considered an expert in this field.
In addition, we provide insertion services to customers who are interested in it using a dedicated machine that allows inserting which are not included in the mould through an external process. The insertion is done by a machine that allows standing in front of the product at any point in space.
The company has an ISO-13485 medical certificate, which required us to establish a dedicated medical assembly line with an area of approximately 280 sqm and within it a 70 sqm clean room (ISO8 – CLASS 100,000). The clean room is designed to enable the assemblies and sub-assemblies including finished products in the medical device field. One of the products assembled in this array are breathing circuits for patients – life-saving circuits.
