In the development of Project P30, a medical cosmetic device, YSR Plastic Industries displayed its end-to-end capabilities in providing comprehensive solutions. From constructing intricate moulds to precise injection moulding, our team delivered superior components that formed the backbone of the device. Further elevating the project, we added aesthetically pleasing and functional finishes through decorative painting and mesh prints. The integration of hard inserts served to enhance the device's durability and performance. In collaboration with Lumenis, YSR Plastic Industries played a pivotal role in the final stages of product development, acting as a one-stop solution for both design and manufacturing needs. We executed the design and production of complex moulds and conducted plastic injection moulding within Israel. Our contribution spanned from decorative painting to mesh and tampon printing, enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of the product. Utilising ultrasonic technology, we facilitated rigid insertions, thereby elevating the product’s durability and efficiency. Additionally, we managed the procurement of specialised silicone products, ensuring a seamless integration into the final product. This multifaceted project exemplified our commitment to delivering comprehensive, high-quality solutions in a collaborative setting.
